What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an alternative to signing up for e-mail alerts or checking Web sites regularly for new content.  When the site is updated, a notification is automatically broadcast to an RSS reader – allowing you to review the headlines and/or the full article at a later time.  In addition to your computer, RSS feeds can also be read on mobile devices, like PDAs and cell phones.

Signing up for one of our RSS feeds will cause a message to appear in your feed reader every time new information has been added to that section of the CHSRF Website.  When an update is sent out, it will include a date, headline, a small amount of introductory text and a link to a page on our site with more information.

To sign up for an RSS feed from CHSRF, you can:

  • Click on the XML button to obtain the xml coding for the feed you wish to add to your list; or
  • Click on the icon of your preferred feed reader to register for the feed(s) you'd like to receive.
